📚 Exciting news! West Burlington Independent School District’s very own Mrs. Springsteen has been selected to serve on the Iowa Department of Education’s Iowa Early Learning Standards (IELS) Revision Team!
This team is responsible for reviewing and updating the IELS to ensure they reflect current research and best practices. These standards set common expectations for what young learners should know and be able to do, while allowing local programs flexibility in how they teach—helping all children build a strong foundation for lifelong success. 💚✨
